A small reserve set in the Purbeck Hills close to Corfe Castle.

the main track from the lay-by keeping your eyes peeled for perched dragonflies..
The path opens out into a small glade which is rife with insects on a hot
day. Search here for feeding or roosting individuals. To the
right there is a break in the trees leading to a sheltered
pond where you will find most of the action, with plenty of
sheltered undergrowth available
